SOULFUL HARVEST COOK BOOK DESIGN
A Soulful Harvest springs to life in the pages of Chef Timothy Grandinetti's part cookbook, part culinary memoir. Inspired by his flagship restaurant, the award-winning Spring House Restaurant, Kitchen & Bar, Chef Grandinetti shares his favorite recipes and stories from a lifetime in the kitchen.
The project ran from April 2017-September 2017 and resulted in a 237 page cook book, available online at springhousenc.com and at over 60 online retailers.
I worked very closely with the photographer and writer and was present at all of the food photo shoots, assisting in styling and layout of the actual shots.
All design work was done using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
